01 - 1 cup (250g) all-purpose flour.
02 - A teaspoon of salt.
03 - 1 packet (7g) of instant yeast.
04 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
05 - About 2/3 cup (150ml) of warm water.
06 - Black olives (pitted).
07 - Grated mozzarella cheese (200g).
08 - Pepperoni or ham (100g).
09 - One red bell pepper.
10 - A medium red onion.
11 - 200ml of tomato sauce.
12 - Dried oregano.
13 - Fresh basil leaves.

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, combine the flour with salt. Stir the yeast into the warm water and wait 5 minutes. Pour the yeast mixture and olive oil into the bowl and stir until a dough forms.
02 - Knead the dough on a floured counter for about 10 minutes till it becomes smooth. Shape it into a ball, place it in an oiled bowl, and cover. Let it rise for an hour.
03 - Roll the dough to about 5mm thick. Cut out 4-inch (10cm) circles using a cookie cutter or glass.
04 - Warm up the oven to 430°F (220°C). Place the dough rounds on a tray. Spread tomato sauce, sprinkle mozzarella, then layer on bell peppers, onions, olives, and oregano.
05 - Bake for 10-12 minutes till the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling. Toss fresh basil on top and serve right away.
