In a bowl, combine the flour with salt. Stir the yeast into the warm water and wait 5 minutes. Pour the yeast mixture and olive oil into the bowl and stir until a dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured counter for about 10 minutes till it becomes smooth. Shape it into a ball, place it in an oiled bowl, and cover. Let it rise for an hour.

Roll the dough to about 5mm thick. Cut out 4-inch (10cm) circles using a cookie cutter or glass.

Warm up the oven to 430°F (220°C). Place the dough rounds on a tray. Spread tomato sauce, sprinkle mozzarella, then layer on bell peppers, onions, olives, and oregano.

Bake for 10-12 minutes till the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling. Toss fresh basil on top and serve right away.
