Creamy Ranch Boat Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 16 oz sour cream
02 - 8 oz cream cheese, brought to room temp
03 - 1 oz packet of ranch seasoning

→ Mix-ins

04 - 8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
05 - 4 oz can diced green chilies, with liquid drained
06 - 10 oz can of rotel, well-drained
07 - 15 oz can fire-roasted corn, drained of liquid

# Instructions:

01 - Use a whisk or mixer to beat softened cream cheese until it's light and fluffy.
02 - Add sour cream, ranch seasoning, cheese, corn, chiles, and rotel. Mix everything until it looks smooth and even.
03 - Seal the bowl tightly, then let it chill in the fridge for at least 2 to 3 hours.
