Tater tots with bacon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 900g frozen tater tots.
02 - 28g ranch seasoning powder.
03 - 450g cooked bacon, crumbled.
04 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese.
05 - 1 cup sour cream.
06 - 2 tablespoons chopped green onions or chives.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 425°F and bake the tater tots until they're crispy and golden.
02 - Toss the crispy tater tots in the ranch powder so they get coated evenly.
03 - In a baking dish, make layers with the tater tots, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheese.
04 - Pop the dish in the oven at 350°F for about 15-20 minutes, just until the cheese melts nicely.
05 - Add a dollop of sour cream and sprinkle chopped green onions on top before digging in.
