07 - 2 cups of crushed Nacho Cheese Doritos
08 - 1 jar (15.5 oz) of salsa
09 - 2 cups shredded cheddar or a Mexican cheese mix (split in half)
10 - 1 14-oz can of black beans, drained and rinsed
11 - 1 12-oz can of sweet corn, drained

→ Optional Toppings

12 - Choose from: fresh cilantro, lettuce, creamy sour cream, chopped tomatoes, green onions, black olives, or avocado slices

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and make sure the rack's in the center.
02 - In a skillet, heat up the olive oil on medium-high. Toss in the ground beef, cooking for 5 minutes while breaking it apart. Add the diced onions and spices, then continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
03 - In a 9x13 casserole dish, spread the crushed Doritos evenly to form the base.
04 - After draining the grease from the cooked beef, stir in the black beans, salsa, corn, and half of the shredded cheese. Stir until the cheese melts, then pour this flavorful mix over the Dorito layer.
05 - Top it all off with the remaining shredded cheese. Don’t cover the dish. Bake for about 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling. Serve it up warm with your choice of toppings.
