Baked sweet potato yogurt honey (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 sweet potato
02 - 150–200g of plain yogurt or cottage cheese
03 - 1 tablespoon of honey
04 - 2 tablespoons of chopped nuts
05 - Chopped parsley (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 180°C (about 350°F).
02 - Wash the sweet potato, dry it off, and use a fork to poke holes all over. This lets the steam escape while cooking.
03 - Wrap the sweet potato in parchment paper and pop it in the oven for 40–50 minutes, or until it feels soft.
04 - Split the sweet potato lengthwise, top it with yogurt, honey, and chopped nuts. Sprinkle on parsley if you like.

# Notes:

01 - You can check if the sweet potato is cooked by gently pushing a knife into it.
02 - Nuts can be swapped with other dried fruits, depending on what you prefer.
