Tuna Sushi Bang Bang (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Layer

01 - 4 cups cooked sushi rice, flavored with sesame oil, sugar, and rice vinegar
02 - 2 tablespoons oil (like olive oil) for frying

→ Main Ingredients & Sauce

03 - 2 cans of tuna, drained
04 - 1/2 cup bang bang sauce (adjust as needed)
05 - Sriracha sauce, as much as you'd like

→ Toppings

06 - 1 large avocado, cut into slices or chunks
07 - 4 scallions, sliced thinly
08 - Furikake seasoning for garnish
09 - Salt and pepper, add to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Still warm? Awesome. Stir in sugar, sesame oil (optional), and rice vinegar for that signature flavor.
02 - Mix your drained tuna with bang bang sauce in a bowl. Do this first, then move on to prepping avocados and green onions.
03 - Add oil to a hot skillet and spread out the rice. Leave it alone for about 3-4 minutes to crisp up. Flip carefully, give it another minute, and break it apart gently - don’t overdo it if you want crunch!
04 - Grab your crispy rice base, spoon on the tuna mix, then pile on those avocados and green onions. Sprinkle on some furikake, and drizzle with Sriracha if you're feeling spicy!

# Notes:

01 - Bang bang sauce with light mayo cuts back the calories.
02 - The rice holds well if you make it in advance.
03 - Adjust Sriracha to match your heat preference.
