Cut the camembert horizontally to make two even rounds.

In a bowl, mix together the walnuts, pistachios, chopped figs, mascarpone, and honey.

Spread the mixture generously over one half of the camembert, then gently press the other half on top to close it.

Wrap the stuffed camembert tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate. Take it out at least 30 minutes before enjoying.
