01 -
Set your oven to 375°F so it gets nice and hot.
02 -
Coat two 9x5-inch loaf pans with nonstick spray, and then set them aside for later.
03 -
Grab a big bowl and an electric mixer to beat the butter with sugar until it looks fluffy and smooth.
04 -
Whisk the eggs in a small bowl first, then pour them into the buttery sugar mixture. Stir until it all looks even.
05 -
Add your bananas to the mix and beat them in until it all looks creamy.
06 -
Toss in the flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir well until they're fully mixed together.
07 -
Gently stir in the flour-dusted strawberries until they're spread out properly.
08 -
Divide the batter evenly and pour it into the two loaf pans.
09 -
Pop the pans in the oven, bake for about 15 minutes, then lower the temperature to 350°F and bake for another 30 minutes. It's done when the sides turn golden and a toothpick comes out clean when poked in the middle.
10 -
Let the loaves cool all the way. Dig into one and freeze the other if you're saving it for later.
