Steak Potatoes Garlic Butter (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb baby gold potatoes, halved or quartered
02 - 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
03 - 1 tsp dried thyme
04 - 1 tsp dried rosemary
05 - 1 tsp dried oregano
06 - 1 tbsp olive oil
07 - 2 tbsp butter, unsalted
08 - 5 lbs NY strip steaks
09 - Salt and pepper, adjust to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Warm olive oil along with 1 tbsp of butter in a pan over medium heat. Toss in the potatoes, garlic, and dried herbs, followed by salt and pepper. Stir occasionally as they cook for 3-5 minutes or until you can pierce them easily with a fork. Move the potatoes out of the pan and keep them aside.
02 - Pop the second tbsp of butter and the steak slices into the same skillet. Cook and stir now and then until the steak’s done the way you like it.
03 - Add the potatoes back into the skillet to warm them up again. If needed, sprinkle in more salt or pepper before serving.
