07 - 1 teaspoon of Italian dried herbs
08 - 8 ounces of mushrooms, sliced after a good cleaning
09 - 1 1/2 teaspoons of fresh garlic, minced
10 - 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, grated right before use

→ To Finish

11 - Chopped parsley leaves, fresh

# Instructions:

01 - Chop the sirloin into nice cube-shaped pieces, about 1 inch each. Heat olive oil in a medium pan over medium-high heat. Add salt and pepper to the steak chunks and cook them in the hot pan until browned on all sides.
02 - After taking the steak out of the pan, toss in the garlic and mushrooms. Let them soften and soak up all the yummy bits left in the pan.
03 - Mix heavy cream, Parmesan, the Italian herbs, plus salt and pepper into the skillet. Stir it around and let it come together into a velvety sauce.
04 - Add the cooked steak bites back into the creamy sauce. Simmer for a bit until the sauce thickens and the steak is warmed. Garnish with parsley and serve it with pasta or rice.

# Notes:

01 - In just about 30 minutes, you can whip up this luscious and creamy meal.
02 - Make it lighter by swapping heavy cream for half-and-half.
