Steak with garlic butter (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Butter.
02 - Fresh garlic.
03 - Striploin, ribeye, or sirloin steak.
04 - Thyme or rosemary.
05 - Yukon Gold or Russet potatoes.
06 - Cooking oil.
07 - Salt and pepper.
08 - Cream.

# Instructions:

01 - Boil the potatoes for 15 to 20 minutes until they’re soft to the fork.
02 - Heat oil in a heavy skillet and brown steak cubes on each side for 2-3 minutes.
03 - Melt butter with garlic in the pan and coat the steak bites thoroughly.
04 - Keep spooning the garlic butter over the steak pieces for extra flavor.
05 - Mix the mashed potatoes with cream, butter, and a pinch of salt. Mix in garlic butter for extra richness.
06 - Dice the steak into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
