# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar.
02 - 2 large eggs, kept at room temp.
03 - 3/4 cup softened butter.
04 - 1/4 cup vegetable shortening.
05 - 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract.
06 - 1 single box of instant pudding mix.
07 - 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour.
08 - 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon table salt.
10 - 1 cup colorful sprinkles.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°. Line cookie sheets with wax paper.
02 - With a mixer, blend butter, shortening, and sugar for 4-5 minutes until it's airy.
03 - One by one, mix in eggs. Then toss in the vanilla and pudding.
04 - Whisk together flour, salt, and baking powder. Slowly combine with wet ingredients.
05 - Shape dough into balls using spoons. Roll them in the sprinkles on a plate.
06 - Space balls out about 2 inches on the lined sheets.
07 - Pop them in the oven for 12-15 minutes till edges look light golden. Let them sit on the sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a cooling rack.

02 - Chill dough for 3 days or freeze it for 3 months.
