# Ingredients:

01 - 6-8 celery stalks (optional leaves included)
02 - 2 baby romaine heads or 1 regular romaine head
03 - 3 green apples like Granny Smith or similar

04 - 1-2 teaspoons of blue spirulina powder (more makes the color brighter)

# Instructions:

01 - Clean everything well. Chop into smaller bits unless you're using a wide-mouth juicer.
02 - Juice each piece of produce, then strain if you want. Collect the liquid in a big pitcher.
03 - Use a whisk or frother to blend the spirulina powder until it all mixes smoothly.
04 - Pour into glasses filled with ice and drink it fresh.
