Heat some olive oil in a pan, then cook the spinach with the garlic and shallot until all the liquid evaporates. Set aside.

Combine eggs, milk, cream, oils, flour, baking powder, basil, spinach, and 2 tablespoons of seeds in a large bowl or with a mixer. Gently fold in the crumbled feta. Add a touch of salt, then pepper.

Line a loaf pan and pour the mix in. Sprinkle the rest of the seeds on top. Bake at 200°C for 10 minutes, then slice the cake down the middle. Lower the temperature to 180°C, and bake for 30 more minutes.
