Spicy Salmon Chunks (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Salmon

01 - 2 pounds of salmon, filleted
02 - 2 teaspoons of garlic paste
03 - 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
04 - A pinch of garlic salt and ground pepper
05 - 1 teaspoon of chili powder
06 - 1 teaspoon of onion powder
07 - 2 tablespoons of mayo

→ Bang Bang Sauce

08 - 1 clove of garlic, finely minced or grated
09 - 3/4 cup of mayo
10 - 1/2 cup of Thai-style sweet chili sauce
11 - 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
12 - 1 tablespoon of hot Sriracha sauce
13 - 1 teaspoon of honey

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 450°F and let it preheat.
02 - Get rid of the skin and pat the salmon dry. Chop it into chunks about an inch or so across.
03 - Combine mayo, seasonings, and garlic paste. Cover the salmon pieces with this mixture, then season with garlic salt and pepper.
04 - Arrange the salmon chunks on a baking sheet, keeping a little space (1-2 inches) between each piece.
05 - Put the salmon in the oven and cook for 10 minutes. Then broil it for another 2-3 minutes until golden and crisp.
06 - While the salmon roasts, mix all the bang bang sauce ingredients until smooth.
07 - Drizzle the sauce over the finished salmon and it’s ready to eat.

# Notes:

01 - You can cook it less if you like it rare.
02 - Light mayonnaise or Greek yogurt makes it healthier.
03 - Add a kick by tossing in some cajun seasoning.
04 - Make it spicier with extra Sriracha or crushed red pepper.
