Spicy Salmon Bang Bang (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the salmon

01 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
02 - 450g skinless salmon fillets
03 - 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
04 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
07 - Salt and black pepper to taste

→ For the Bang Bang sauce

08 - 1 teaspoon honey
09 - 1/2 teaspoon lime juice
10 - 2 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
11 - 60ml mayonnaise
12 - 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce

# Instructions:

01 - Chop the salmon into 2.5 cm cubes. Toss them with olive oil and the seasoning mix.
02 - Cook on medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
03 - Bake at 200°C for 10-12 minutes on a tray lined with parchment paper.
04 - Cook at 190°C for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway through.
05 - Combine the mayo, sweet chili sauce, honey, sriracha, and lime juice in a bowl.

# Notes:

01 - You can cook the salmon on the stovetop, in the oven, or with an air fryer.
02 - Feel free to adjust the spice level to your liking!
