Spicy cheesy bites

# Ingredients:

227 g package of softened cream cheese.

450 g of raw spicy sausage.
03 -
1 ½ cups of Bisquick baking mix.

A can (283 g) of diced Rotel tomatoes with green chilies, drained.

2 cups of shredded Mexican cheese blend.
# Instructions:

Turn the oven on and set it to 400ºF (200°C).

Toss all the ingredients into the bowl of a stand mixer. Use the dough hook and mix until everything's nicely combined.

Scoop up the sausage mix with a cookie scoop and shape it into 1-inch balls. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for about 18-20 minutes or until the balls are golden brown.
