Toss mango chunks, green chili, lime juice, ginger ale, ice, and sugar (if using) into a blender, and whizz until velvety smooth.

Rub the edge of a glass with lime and press into chile lime seasoning until coated.

Pour the creamy blend into your prepared glass. Add ice cubes if you'd like it extra chilled.
