Mango Ginger Ale (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 2 ripe mangoes (about 470g, peeled and cubed)
02 - 24 oz ginger ale

→ Flavor Enhancers

03 - Juice from 1 lime (around 3 tablespoons)
04 - 1 green chili (use extra for garnish if you'd like)
05 - 1 tablespoon sugar (optional if needed)

→ Garnish & Finishing

06 - Mint leaves (fresh)
07 - Grated ginger
08 - Chile lime spice blend (2 teaspoons, optional)
09 - Ice cubes as desired

# Instructions:

01 - Toss mango chunks, green chili, lime juice, ginger ale, ice, and sugar (if using) into a blender, and whizz until velvety smooth.
02 - Rub the edge of a glass with lime and press into chile lime seasoning until coated.
03 - Pour the creamy blend into your prepared glass. Add ice cubes if you'd like it extra chilled.
04 - Sprinkle grated ginger on top, pop on a fresh mint sprig, and serve right away.

# Notes:

01 - Control the heat by adjusting how much chili you use.
02 - If mangoes aren't sweet enough for you, add sugar to taste.
