Fall Spiced Persimmons (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 20 Fuyu persimmons, sliced into halves.
02 - 2 1/2 spoons of warmed coconut oil.
03 - 2 spoons of liquid honey.
04 - 2 spoons of softened butter.
05 - 1 single clove.
06 - 1/8 spoon of ground cinnamon.
07 - 1/4 spoon of ground coriander.
08 - 1/8 spoon of nutmeg powder.
09 - 1 spoonful of water.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350 degrees to warm up.
02 - Rinse the persimmons, then slice them. Place them in a cast iron pan.
03 - In a small bowl, stir together the coconut oil, honey, butter, spices, and water.
04 - Drizzle the mixture all over the fruit.
05 - Put a lid on the pan or use foil to cover it tightly.
06 - Let it bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
07 - Take off the cover and let it cool for 10 minutes.

01 - Pairs nicely with yogurt or ice cream.
02 - You can use any baking pan you have.
03 - Top it off with some caramel sauce for extra flavor.
