# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 large egg
02 - 1 cup packed brown sugar
03 - 3/4 cup softened salted butter
04 - 1/4 cup molasses

→ Dry Ingredients

05 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon
06 - 1 cup powdered sugar for rolling
07 - 2 teaspoons baking soda
08 - 1 teaspoon nutmeg
09 - 1 teaspoon ground ginger
10 - 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

# Instructions:

01 - Stir together brown sugar and butter till creamy
02 - Blend in molasses and egg until light and fluffy
03 - Gradually work in flour, spices, and baking soda
04 - Put dough in fridge for 2 hours
05 - Coat with powdered sugar, bake at 375°F for about 9-10 minutes
