01 - 
                Cut off the tops of the carrots, scrub them clean, and slice them in half lengthwise.

                Place the carrots in a big baking dish. Coat them using 1 tablespoon of olive oil, sprinkle the saffron loubia mix, and add some sea salt. Bake them at 200°C in a traditional oven for 15 minutes.

                Mix together 1 tablespoon of olive oil with balsamic vinegar and honey.

                After 15 minutes in the oven, brush the carrots with the honey mixture. Turn the oven to 160°C and roast them for another 15 minutes. Check if they’re tender by poking them with the tip of a knife.

                Transfer the carrots onto a serving platter. Crumble some feta cheese on top, then sprinkle chopped parsley for a touch of green.
