09 - 1 pound of ground beef, lean
10 - 4 large flour tortillas, soft and fresh
11 - 1 cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
12 - Fresh dill pickle slices for crunch (optional)
13 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil to cook with
14 - A sprinkle of sea salt and black pepper to season

# Instructions:
