Soft Pink Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - A cup of butter.
02 - A cup of sugar.
03 - Three eggs, large size.
04 - Two teaspoons of vanilla extract.
05 - Two and a half cups of plain flour.
06 - A teaspoon of baking soda.
07 - Half a teaspoon of salt.
08 - One and a half cups of white chocolate chips.
09 - Pink food coloring gel.

# Instructions:

01 - Prepare your tray and cool the dough in the fridge for half an hour.
02 - Beat butter and sugar until creamy. Stir in the eggs and vanilla. Mix the dry ingredients in a different bowl. Combine the dry mix with the wet one. Add coloring and then fold in chips.
03 - Set the oven to 350°F. Shape dough into 1 1/2-inch balls. Leave 2-inch gaps between them. Bake for 12 to 13 minutes. Wait a minute before transferring to a rack to cool.
