Soft Cinnamon Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 cups of flour.
02 - 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt.
03 - 1/4 cup of sugar.
04 - 2 1/2 teaspoons of dry yeast.
05 - 1 cup of warm milk.
06 - 4 tablespoons of melted butter.
07 - 1 egg.
08 - 3 tablespoons of cinnamon.
09 - 1 cup of brown sugar.
10 - Double cream.
11 - 4 tablespoons of melted butter.

# Instructions:

01 - Combine yeast, sugar, salt, and the flour in a bowl.
02 - Pour in the egg, milk, and melted butter, and give it a quick knead.
03 - Let the dough sit for about two hours to rise.
04 - Roll the dough flat like a rectangle, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle cinnamon sugar.
05 - Roll into a log and slice into portions.
06 - Pop them in the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes.
07 - Pour the double cream over when ready.
