Soft Banana Loaf (Print Version)

01 - 2 to 3 very ripe bananas
02 - 85 ml melted butter
03 - 250 ml sugar
04 - 1 beaten egg
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
07 - Pinch of salt
08 - 375 ml all-purpose flour

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 175 °C to preheat.
02 - Grease a 10 x 20 cm loaf pan and line it with parchment paper.
03 - Use a fork to mash the bananas in a bowl, then mix in the melted butter.
04 - Stir in the baking soda, salt, sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract. Mix everything thoroughly.
05 - Pour in the flour and stir until smooth.
06 - Pour the batter into the loaf pan. Bake for 60–70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
07 - Let it cool completely before removing it from the pan and slicing.
