Smoked Salmon Bagel (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 plain, sesame, or 'everything' bagel.
02 - 2 tablespoons of cream cheese.
03 - 60-85g smoked salmon.
04 - 1 tablespoon of capers.
05 - 1 tablespoon of finely chopped fresh dill.
06 - 1 tablespoon of thinly sliced red onion.
07 - Lemon wedges (optional).
08 - Salt and pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Split the bagel in half horizontally, then toast it a bit to your liking.
02 - Smear cream cheese generously on both sides of the toasted bagel.
03 - Lay slices of smoked salmon evenly on top of the cream cheese.
04 - Scatter the capers over the salmon and arrange the red onion slices on top.
05 - Sprinkle with fresh dill, then season with a little salt and pepper.
06 - If you'd like, squeeze on some lemon juice, close the bagel, and dig in right away.
