Lay the carrots at the bottom of your slow cooker.

In a big bowl, mix the ground meat, sausage, onion, 190 ml of ketchup, breadcrumbs, eggs, half a teaspoon of garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir it all together until it's evenly combined.

With your hands, mold the mixture into a loaf shape and set it on top of the carrots inside the slow cooker.

Combine brown sugar, Dijon mustard, the rest of the ketchup, and the remaining garlic powder in the same bowl. Stir until smooth.

Evenly spread the sauce all over the meatloaf.

Pop the lid on the slow cooker and let it cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low.

Before serving, make sure to drain any excess liquid.
