Seafood Gratin Cauliflower (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 medium cauliflower, chopped into florets.
02 - 450 g shrimp, peeled and cleaned.
03 - 450 g scallops, patted dry.
04 - 1 cup heavy cream.
05 - 1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese.
06 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
07 - 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped.
08 - Salt and pepper to taste.
09 - Olive oil for coating the dish.
10 - Chopped parsley for sprinkling.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 200°C and let it warm up.
02 - Steam the cauliflower florets for about 5 to 7 minutes until they're soft.
03 - Sauté garlic in oil, then toss in shrimp and scallops. Let them cook for 2-3 minutes.
04 - In a big mixing bowl, stir together the seafood, cauliflower, and cream.
05 - Put everything in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle both cheeses on top.
06 - Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the cheese gets golden brown.
