Seafood Garlic Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley.
02 - White wine, 1/4 cup, optional.
03 - 2 tablespoons butter.
04 - 4 minced garlic cloves.
05 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper.
06 - 2 wild garlic leaves (optional).
07 - 400 g spaghetti.
08 - 3 tablespoons olive oil.
09 - 1 cup heavy cream.
10 - 450 g raw sea scallops.
11 - Lemon juice to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Wash scallops under cold water, then pat them dry with paper towels.
02 - In a hot pan with olive oil, sear scallops for 3-4 minutes on each side till golden brown. Set aside.
03 - In the same pan, toss in butter, oil, and garlic. Cook for 30 seconds. Add wine, if using, and let it reduce.
04 - Pour in the cream and return the scallops. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until it thickens. Season to taste.
05 - Spoon the sauce over cooked pasta and sprinkle with fresh parsley on top.
