Seafood Bisque Shrimp Crab (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Seafood Stars

01 - 8 ounces of cooked shrimp, chopped into small chunks
02 - 8 ounces of fresh crab meat, carefully checked for shell bits

→ Rich & Creamy Base

03 - 4 tablespoons of butter, unsalted
04 - ⅓ cup of finely diced fresh celery
05 - ⅓ cup of chopped green onions
06 - 1 ½ cups of heavy cream, super rich
07 - 2 cups of whole milk
08 - 3 tablespoons of plain flour
09 - 1 tablespoon of concentrated tomato paste

→ Flavor Boosters & Garnish

10 - A sprinkle of sea salt and cracked black pepper
11 - 1 teaspoon of Old Bay Seasoning for that perfect kick
12 - A handful of fresh parsley, chopped fine for topping

# Instructions:

01 - Melt butter in a sturdy pot over medium heat. Toss in the diced celery and green onions. Sauté until soft, keeping an eye to avoid browning.
02 - Dust the flour evenly over the mix. Stir non-stop for a minute to get rid of that raw flour flavor. Meanwhile, warm up the milk separately.
03 - Gradually pour in the warmed-up milk while whisking non-stop to keep it smooth. Add your cream, stir in tomato paste, and season with Old Bay, salt, and pepper. Mix until silky.
04 - Lower the heat and let the mixture simmer lightly. Stir occasionally until it thickens enough to coat a spoon nicely.
05 - Carefully mix in your chopped shrimp first, then gently fold in the crab meat. Heat until everything's warm. Sprinkle parsley on top, then serve with a smile.

# Notes:
