Savoy Mountain Potatoes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - One large onion.
02 - Half a reblochon cheese.
03 - 100 grams of smoked bacon.
04 - 500 grams of organic potatoes.
05 - Black pepper to taste.
06 - One tablespoon of butter.

# Instructions:

01 - Chop the potatoes into small cubes, slice up the onion thinly, and cut the bacon into bits.
02 - Heat the butter over high heat and fry the potatoes until golden. Lower the heat and cook gently for 5 more minutes.
03 - Toss in the onion and bacon, add some black pepper, and let everything cook until it’s all nicely browned.
04 - Lay slices of reblochon on top, cover, and keep cooking on low heat until the cheese melts.

01 - Pair it with a green salad and eat right away.
02 - Make sure the cheese is just melted when serving.
