Savory Parmesan Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Core Ingredients

01 - 200 g of all-purpose flour
02 - 100 g of softened butter
03 - 80 g of grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 1 egg
05 - 1 tsp of baking powder
06 - Salt (add as much as you like)
07 - Pepper (use to your taste)

→ Toppings

08 - 50 g of chopped walnuts
09 - 60 g of diced chorizo

# Instructions:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
02 - Add softened butter to the bowl and rub it with your fingertips until the mix has a crumbly texture.
03 - Crack in the egg and mix it in. Then stir in the walnut pieces and diced chorizo.
04 - Preheat your oven to 160°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
05 - Roll small dough balls and press them gently onto the baking sheet.
06 - Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the tops look golden-brown at the edges.
07 - Let the cookies rest on a cooling rack and stash them in an airtight container once they're no longer warm.
