Saltine Churro Toffee (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 ounces of white chocolate chips.
02 - 1/4 cup of regular sugar.
03 - 1/8 teaspoon of table salt.
04 - 2 teaspoons of cinnamon powder.
05 - 40 Saltine crackers.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla.
07 - 1 cup of unsalted butter.
08 - 1 cup of light brown sugar.

# Instructions:

01 - Crank up your oven to 400°F. Cover a baking sheet with foil and give it a quick spray of cooking spray. Place the crackers on the sheet. In a small bowl, combine cinnamon and sugar.
02 - Heat the butter and brown sugar in a pan. Keep stirring for 5 minutes until it boils. Turn off the heat and mix in the vanilla and salt.
03 - Drizzle the toffee mix on top of the crackers. Spread it out so every cracker gets covered.
04 - Pop the sheet into the oven for 5 minutes. Move the crackers if needed, but don't touch the hot toffee.
05 - Scatter the white chocolate chips across the warm toffee. Let them soften, then spread them out. If they don't melt enough, put them back in the oven for another minute.
06 - Dust the top with the cinnamon sugar mix. Let the whole thing cool off for about an hour, then break it into pieces.

# Notes:

01 - Careful, the toffee stays scalding hot.
02 - White chocolate may take a little extra time to melt completely.
