Honey Garlic Salmon Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound of salmon

β†’ Seasonings

02 - A teaspoon of garlic powder
03 - Half a teaspoon of paprika
04 - Half a teaspoon of kosher salt
05 - Quarter teaspoon chili powder
06 - Quarter teaspoon onion powder

β†’ Glaze

07 - 1/4 cup honey
08 - 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
09 - 2 fresh garlic cloves, minced
10 - 1 teaspoon sriracha
11 - A tablespoon of coconut oil

# Instructions:

01 - In a tiny dish, toss together onion powder, garlic powder, salt, paprika, and chili powder.
02 - In another small dish, stir together sriracha, vinegar, grated garlic, and honey.
03 - Slice off salmon skin, then cube into 1-inch chunks. Coat all pieces evenly with the seasoning mix.
04 - On medium-high heat, warm coconut oil in a big pan. Lay the salmon cubes in a single layer and cook them for 60 seconds.
05 - Turn the salmon, pour the glaze over it, and cook another minute. Stir gently to coat the salmon while cooking for an extra 60 to 90 seconds.
06 - Take the pan off the heat and let the salmon sit for a couple of minutes before serving.

# Notes:

01 - You can use smaller salmon fillets as long as it all adds up to 1 pound.
02 - For the best taste, serve this dish right away while it’s still warm.
03 - A 12-inch cast iron pan works perfectly for this job.
