Salmon cream layers (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 200 g smoked salmon.
02 - 200 g mascarpone cheese.
03 - Juice from 1 lemon.
04 - 2 tablespoons chopped chives.
05 - Pinch of salt.
06 - Black pepper to taste.
07 - 6 sheets of phyllo dough.
08 - Olive oil or melted butter for brushing.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 180°C and let it heat up. Cut the dough into rectangles, coat with oil, and bake for 5 to 7 minutes till crisp and golden.
02 - Stir the mascarpone with the lemon juice, chives, and a bit of salt and pepper.
03 - Stack phyllo sheets, mascarpone mix, and salmon in alternating layers, going for 3-4 levels.
04 - Top with a final layer of cream, chill for an hour, and sprinkle with chives just before enjoying.
