Salmon toasties boursin (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 slices of white bread.
02 - 200 g of smoked salmon.
03 - 150 g of herb and garlic soft cheese spread.
04 - 100 g of shredded emmental or gruyère cheese.
05 - 50 g of butter.
06 - Salt.
07 - Black pepper.
08 - Fresh dill (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Spread a thick layer of herb and garlic cheese on all slices of the bread.
02 - Put the smoked salmon on top of 4 slices. Place the remaining slices on top, cheese side down, and sprinkle shredded cheese on the outside.
03 - In a medium-heat pan with melted butter, toast each side of the sandwich for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown and the cheese is gooey.
04 - Serve them warm with fresh dill on top if you'd like, and maybe a side of greens.

# Notes:

01 - A rich twist on the classic croque-monsieur.
02 - Garlic cheese gives a great taste instead of the usual béchamel.
