Roast strawberries mixed with sugar for about 25-30 minutes. Mash them up, then stir with cinnamon, orange zest, ClearJel, and the leftover sugar.

Warm up milk, butter, and cream cheese together. Combine it with sugar, flour, egg, yeast, and salt. Knead till smooth, then let it rise for about 45–60 minutes.

Roll out the dough and fill it with the strawberry mix. Roll it up, chill in the fridge for 30 minutes, slice into 12 pieces, and let them puff up again.

Bake at 175°C for 28–30 minutes until golden and set.

Whisk cream cheese, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar together. Add just enough milk to make it spreadable and drizzle over the warm rolls.
