Sweet Strawberry Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 567g of fresh or frozen strawberries.
02 - 4 teaspoons of ClearJel.
03 - 124g of sugar for topping.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon.
05 - 170g of milk.
06 - 2 teaspoons of orange zest.
07 - 113g cream cheese for the dough.
08 - 28g of butter.
09 - 25g of sugar for the dough.
10 - 1 egg.
11 - 2 teaspoons of yeast.
12 - 6g of salt.
13 - 390g of wheat flour.
14 - 57g cream cheese for frosting.
15 - 113g of powdered sugar.
16 - 1.5 to 2 teaspoons of milk for the frosting.
17 - 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

# Instructions:

01 - Roast strawberries mixed with sugar for about 25-30 minutes. Mash them up, then stir with cinnamon, orange zest, ClearJel, and the leftover sugar.
02 - Warm up milk, butter, and cream cheese together. Combine it with sugar, flour, egg, yeast, and salt. Knead till smooth, then let it rise for about 45–60 minutes.
03 - Roll out the dough and fill it with the strawberry mix. Roll it up, chill in the fridge for 30 minutes, slice into 12 pieces, and let them puff up again.
04 - Bake at 175°C for 28–30 minutes until golden and set.
05 - Whisk cream cheese, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar together. Add just enough milk to make it spreadable and drizzle over the warm rolls.
