Cheesy Ranch Potatoes (Print Version)

01 - 2 bell peppers, cut into strips
02 - 1 pound of smoked sausage, chopped into rounds
03 - 1 finely diced onion
04 - One regular bag of frozen hash brown shreds
05 - 3/4 cup of thick cream
06 - One can of cheesy cheddar soup
07 - 1/2 cup of sour cream
08 - A ranch-flavored seasoning packet
09 - 1 cup of grated cheese (try cheddar or your favorite)

# Instructions:

01 - Pop the sausage slices, pepper strips, and diced onion into a hot skillet. Cook it all together until the sausage is golden and the veggies are tender.
02 - Scoop the cooked sausage and veggies into your crockpot. Toss in the shredded hash browns, cream, cheddar soup, sour cream, ranch mix, and shredded cheese. Give it all a good stir until it's combined.
03 - Set your crockpot to cook for a couple of hours on high or about four hours if you're using low. Stir it now and then if you'd like.
04 - Once everything is ready, plate up your creamy, cheesy sausage potato mix while it's warm and dig in!
