Fast Lemon Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 egg
02 - 60g melted butter
03 - 100g granulated sugar
04 - 200g all-purpose flour

05 - 1 pinch of salt
06 - Grated zest of a lemon
07 - 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
08 - 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to preheat at 180°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - Combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a large bowl.
03 - In another bowl, whisk the egg, then add the melted butter along with the lemon juice and zest.
04 - Carefully mix the dry ingredients into the wet ones until combined. Shape into small dough balls and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the edges turn golden.
