Combine the flour with the baking powder in a bowl. Stir in the fat-free fromage blanc, honey, and warm water.

Work the dough using your hands for around 5 minutes until it gets soft and stretchy. Add a bit of flour or water if it feels too dry or sticky.

Cut the dough into 5 portions as evenly as possible. Roll each piece flat, put 1–2 chocolate squares in the middle, then fold and seal it completely.

Toast the mini breads in a pan without any oil, letting each side cook for 3–5 minutes.
