Fast chocolate buns (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 200g wheat flour (can be all-purpose, whole wheat, or partially whole wheat)
02 - 8g baking powder

→ Dairy Products

03 - 90g fat-free fromage blanc (or use fat-free Greek yogurt or skyr)

→ Liquids and Sweeteners

04 - 40ml of warm water
05 - 35g honey (or substitute with maple syrup, coconut syrup, date syrup, or agave)

→ Filling

06 - 60g dark chocolate (about 6–12 small squares)

# Instructions:

01 - Combine the flour with the baking powder in a bowl. Stir in the fat-free fromage blanc, honey, and warm water.
02 - Work the dough using your hands for around 5 minutes until it gets soft and stretchy. Add a bit of flour or water if it feels too dry or sticky.
03 - Cut the dough into 5 portions as evenly as possible. Roll each piece flat, put 1–2 chocolate squares in the middle, then fold and seal it completely.
04 - Toast the mini breads in a pan without any oil, letting each side cook for 3–5 minutes.
