# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup milk, regular or plant-based.
02 - ¾ cup pureed pumpkin.
03 - 1 cup sugar.
04 - ¼ cup butter, melted (use vegan or regular).
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring.
06 - 1 ½ teaspoons pumpkin spice mix.
07 - 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder.
08 - 1 teaspoon baking soda.
09 - 2 cups all-purpose flour (regular or gluten-free).
10 - ½ cup sugar (to coat).
11 - 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon (to coat).
12 - 3 tablespoons syrup, maple flavor (for dipping).
13 - 1 tablespoon butter, melted (use vegan or regular, for dipping).

# Instructions:

01 - Turn the oven on to 350°F and spray your silicone donut hole molds with a non-stick cooking spray.
02 - In a big bowl, stir together the pumpkin puree, milk, melted butter, sugar, vanilla, pumpkin spice, and the baking soda and powder. Mix till smooth.
03 - Add the dry flour to your wet pumpkin mixture. Stir until everything comes together into a smooth batter.
04 - Scoop the batter into the molds, enough to make about 50. Bake for 20-25 minutes until they’re done.
05 - While the baking happens, mix the sugar and cinnamon together in a small dish for coating.
06 - Right after they come out of the oven, roll the warm pieces in your cinnamon-sugar combo.
07 - Stir together maple syrup with melted butter if you want a sweet dipping sauce. Serve while warm.
