High Protein Egg Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Protein Base

01 - Cottage cheese (¼ cup)
02 - Egg whites (8 large, fresh)

→ Vegetables & Cheese

03 - Red bell pepper (¼ cup, diced small)
04 - Shredded cheddar cheese (¼ cup, optional)
05 - Spinach (½ cup, chopped fresh)

→ Seasonings

06 - Nonstick cooking spray
07 - Salt and black pepper to your liking
08 - Garlic powder (¼ teaspoon)

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and coat a muffin tray with a light layer of cooking spray.
02 - Mix egg whites, cottage cheese, and seasonings together until smooth and airy.
03 - Pour the blended base into the muffin cups, making sure each is about two-thirds full.
04 - Evenly divide spinach, bell peppers, and cheese across the cups if you're using it.
05 - Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the tops are firm and golden around the edges.
