Savory Pork Cretons Toasts (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meats

01 - 500 g ground pork

→ Dairy

02 - 250 ml milk

→ Vegetables

03 - 1 garlic clove, minced, or to taste
04 - 1 onion, diced

→ Spices and Seasonings

05 - A pinch of ground allspice, or adjust to taste
06 - A pinch of ground cloves, or adjust to taste
07 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Other

08 - 60 ml dry breadcrumbs

# Instructions:

01 - Stir the dry breadcrumbs into the pork mixture and let it cook for another 10 minutes. Season to your liking if needed.
02 - Use a large pot to cook the ground pork with the milk, onion, garlic, cloves, allspice, salt, and pepper over medium heat. Keep stirring as it simmers for about an hour.
03 - Scoop the cooked mix into a small container. Keep it in the fridge until you're ready to serve.
