Follow the pizza dough instructions to preheat the oven.

Slice the pizza dough into long strips about 2 inches wide. Flatten them further to around 3 inches for quicker baking.

Spread some sauce along part of each strip. Lay cheese on top, add overlapping slices of pepperoni, then layer with extra cheese.

Fold the plain side of the strip over the toppings, then carefully roll the strip to give it a rose-like look.

Set the little roses on a lined baking tray. You can flare out a few pepperoni slices for a decorative touch if you'd like.

Bake on the oven's bottom shelf for 12-15 minutes, or until golden. If the pepperoni seems to brown too fast, you can lightly cover it with foil.
