Pizza-Ghetti with meatballs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 450 g ground beef
02 - 75 ml breadcrumbs
03 - 45 ml fresh parsley
04 - 45 ml parmesan cheese
05 - 1 egg yolk
06 - 25 ml dijon mustard
07 - 1 pinch of smoked paprika
08 - 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
09 - 1 clove of garlic
10 - 45 ml olive oil (for brushing)
11 - 500 ml classic tomato sauce
12 - Salt and pepper to taste
13 - 450 g spaghetti
14 - 500 ml mozzarella cheese
15 - 1 portion pizza dough

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 230 °C and let it preheat.
02 - Mix the meatball ingredients in a large bowl, except the oil and tomato sauce. Add some salt and pepper.
03 - Roll the mixture into balls about 3 cm in size using your hands.
04 - Place the meatballs on a baking tray and give them a light coat of oil.
05 - Pop them into the middle rack of the oven, cooking for 10 minutes or until browned.
06 - Set the oven to 180 °C.
07 - Pour the tomato sauce over the meatballs and adjust seasoning if needed.
08 - Bake the meatballs with the sauce for another 30 minutes, then take them out and set aside.
09 - Increase the temperature to 230 °C.
10 - Oil two circular pizza pans, each 23 cm wide.
11 - Boil a big pot of salted water and cook the spaghetti until it’s how you like it.
12 - Drain the spaghetti, then toss it quickly with the tomato sauce used for the meatballs.
13 - On a floured surface, cut the dough into two parts and spread each onto the pizza pans.
14 - Spread the saucy spaghetti and cooked meatballs evenly over the dough.
15 - Sprinkle mozzarella over the top of the pizzas.
16 - Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until the pizzas are golden. Serve right away.
