Set the oven to 230 °C and let it preheat.

Mix the meatball ingredients in a large bowl, except the oil and tomato sauce. Add some salt and pepper.

Roll the mixture into balls about 3 cm in size using your hands.

Place the meatballs on a baking tray and give them a light coat of oil.

Pop them into the middle rack of the oven, cooking for 10 minutes or until browned.

Set the oven to 180 °C.

Pour the tomato sauce over the meatballs and adjust seasoning if needed.

Bake the meatballs with the sauce for another 30 minutes, then take them out and set aside.

Increase the temperature to 230 °C.

Oil two circular pizza pans, each 23 cm wide.

Boil a big pot of salted water and cook the spaghetti until it’s how you like it.

Drain the spaghetti, then toss it quickly with the tomato sauce used for the meatballs.

On a floured surface, cut the dough into two parts and spread each onto the pizza pans.

Spread the saucy spaghetti and cooked meatballs evenly over the dough.

Sprinkle mozzarella over the top of the pizzas.

Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until the pizzas are golden. Serve right away.
