Delightful Chex Mix (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 5 cups of Chex cereal (you'll split this up later)
02 - 10 ounces of white chocolate for melting
03 - 1/2 cup of powdered sugar (you can dye it pink or leave it plain!)
04 - 1 cup of mini pretzels (Snyder's gluten-free works great!)

→ Decorations

05 - Optional: Sprinkle on your favorite decorations
06 - 6 ounces of M&Ms (Valentine's-themed ones look cute!)

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a big baking sheet and cover it with parchment paper. Toss the cereal in a big bowl and pour the powdered sugar into a gallon zip bag.
02 - Microwave the white chocolate in short 30-second bursts, stirring in between. Or go with a double boiler if that's your style.
03 - Pour the melted chocolate all over the cereal. Stir it up until every piece is coated. Scoot half of the mixture into the zip bag with powdered sugar, seal it, and shake it like crazy.
04 - Add the mini pretzels to the rest of the cereal still in your bowl. Spread everything onto the parchment-lined sheet, sprinkle on M&Ms and your sugar-coated cereal, and top with any extras like sprinkles.
05 - Let it sit for 20 minutes to cool. Break apart any big chunks before digging in or sharing.

# Notes:

01 - White chocolate melts easier, but chocolate chips with a little coconut oil also work.
02 - Colored powdered sugar makes it look festive and fun!
