Tropical Hibiscus Blend (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Essentials

01 - 1 cup of cold hibiscus tea
02 - 1 cup of coconut water
03 - About 1 cup of pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
04 - Juice squeezed from one lime
05 - Ice cubes, optional

→ Toppings

06 - Fresh mint or sage leaves to decorate

# Instructions:

01 - Steep the hibiscus tea using 2-3 tea bags or loose hibiscus in boiling water for around 5-10 minutes. Chill it in the fridge until it's cooled completely.
02 - In a blender, mix the cold hibiscus tea, coconut water, pineapple, and lime juice. Add ice cubes if you'd like it extra frosty. Blend everything until it's smooth.
03 - Give it a taste and adjust how sweet or tangy it is. Add a bit more lime juice or extra pineapple if you'd like.
04 - Pour into glasses and top it off with fresh mint or sage leaves. Sip and enjoy!
