Steep the hibiscus tea using 2-3 tea bags or loose hibiscus in boiling water for around 5-10 minutes. Chill it in the fridge until it's cooled completely.

In a blender, mix the cold hibiscus tea, coconut water, pineapple, and lime juice. Add ice cubes if you'd like it extra frosty. Blend everything until it's smooth.

Give it a taste and adjust how sweet or tangy it is. Add a bit more lime juice or extra pineapple if you'd like.

Pour into glasses and top it off with fresh mint or sage leaves. Sip and enjoy!
