# Ingredients:

01 - Unsalted butter (3 tablespoons).
02 - Swiss cheese slices (4).
03 - Paprika (1/4 teaspoon).
04 - Large onions, sliced thin (2).
05 - Cheddar cheese slices (4).
06 - Dijon mustard (1 tablespoon).
07 - Mayonnaise (1/4 cup).
08 - Ground beef, 85/15 mix (12 ounces).
09 - Pickle juice (1 teaspoon).
10 - Pepper (1/2 teaspoon).
11 - Salt (1/2 teaspoon).
12 - Olive oil (2 tablespoons).
13 - Rye bread slices (8).
14 - Garlic powder (1/4 teaspoon).
15 - Worcestershire sauce (1 teaspoon).
16 - Ketchup (2 tablespoons).

# Instructions:

01 - Stir mustard, mayo, ketchup, garlic powder, pickle juice, and paprika in a bowl until creamy.
02 - Sauté onions in olive oil over low heat for 30 minutes, stirring to avoid burning. A splash of water can help if they dry out.
03 - Combine beef with Worcestershire, salt, and pepper. Form into thin patties about the size of the bread.
04 - Brown both sides of the patties on medium heat and set them aside.
05 - Spread butter on bread slices. On a slice (butter down), layer Swiss, patty, onions, sauce, cheddar, and top with another bread slice (butter up).
06 - Toast sandwiches in a pan on both sides until golden and melty inside, flipping once.
