Pasta Chicken Parmesan (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup of parmesan, shredded.
02 - 8 oz of pasta.
03 - 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped.
04 - 4 oz mozzarella, sliced up.
05 - A pound of chicken breasts, diced.
06 - 2 cups marinara sauce.
07 - A tablespoon of olive oil.
08 - Salt and pepper, adjust to taste.
09 - Half a tablespoon of Italian spice mix.
10 - Optional add-ons: fresh basil, chili flakes, parmesan.

# Instructions:

01 - Boil pasta till it's firm but not too soft. Save 2 tbsp of the water before draining.
02 - Sauté garlic and chicken for 5-6 minutes until browned. Stir in spices. Get rid of any extra liquid.
03 - Pour the marinara and stir in parmesan with the chicken. Blend well.
04 - Mix the drained pasta and saved water into the skillet. Lay mozzarella over everything, cover it, and let it melt.
05 - Add your favorite toppings and enjoy immediately.

01 - Mozzarella can be shredded or sliced, it’s up to you.
