Parmesan salmon crust (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 salmon fillets (about 150 grams each).
02 - A tablespoon of olive oil.
03 - A pinch of salt.
04 - Some pepper for seasoning.
05 - Half a cup of grated Parmesan cheese.
06 - A quarter cup of breadcrumbs.
07 - One tablespoon Dijon mustard.
08 - A teaspoon of paprika.
09 - One teaspoon garlic powder.
10 - Half a teaspoon of dried thyme.
11 - Half a teaspoon cayenne pepper.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 200°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Rub olive oil all over the salmon fillets, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
03 - Combine Parmesan, breadcrumbs, mustard, paprika, garlic powder, thyme, and cayenne in a bowl.
04 - Spread the mixture thickly on top of each salmon filet.
05 - Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the crust looks golden.

01 - The crust should be golden and crunchy.
02 - The salmon should stay tender inside.
